Description
Full HD retextures of roads and sidewalks in Vice City for GTA Vice City on Android and IOS. This mod replaces the textures of roads and sidewalks throughout Vice City.
Installation:
• Unzip the zip archive;
• Import textures into gta3hi.txt using the TXD Tool application.
