I really can't comprehend why I can't run this even on low to medium settings.
I know for a fact that my computer is more than powerful enough to easily handle this. I have 16gbs of ram and an RTX 2070 max-Q gfx card. Plus the game is being ran on an SSD. It's not like I have a bunch of other mods either. I only manage to get at most 8-10fps
