Some of my general thoughts:

1.Automatically load the last selected skin, no need to press H+4 every time launch the game
2.Larger unit area for each picture to display, 64x128 is too small to see
3.Images can be edited by users themselves, such as editing in the VSS.txd file

For example

Showing pictures of clothes:
Like the trevor-phillips-skin-pack, one single character with many different clothes, this can be used as a clothes changer for the character, no need to modify the player.img (there are very few you can choose, many of them have bugs)

Showing photos of gangsters:
Like The Lost MC, there are many members, so this can be a character switch for the club
