I don't exactly know what you mean, but if you meant the roof not spawning then you need to install the data line correctly. The vehicles.ide line in particular.

Honestly, I don't understand how people install mods without the data lines, or heck, without even opening readme and then conplain about the mods not working.

Well yeah, of course you need the data lines. They're there for a reason.

Apparently some parts of the engine bay are invisible due to wrong materials. This should be fixed tomorrow when the mod is re-approved by the site.
