Just a suggestion: This mod could be more complete if you put some customers inside, maybe cops too.

I got a problem here, since I installed this mod in my GTA I got no pedestrians walking around the street, only gangsters, cops and cars, but no normal pedestrians. I tried to modify the popcycle.dat and use the Mix Sets to change the "PedDensity" to 20.0, but nothing happened. If someone could help me, I would be very thankful!

I'm also using this mods, maybe it's causing a conflict:

P.S: The traffic taxi light ain't working, only when I start the Cab Driver missions, which I can't do because I there is no pedestrians.
