There's an ungly black outline on the character model. How do you delete it?

Sir, can you please make a GTA SA version of this skin and model? I really want to let it be one of SA's cutscene character. Pretty Please~

The skin work fine as cj's skin or any other peds in the game. But it will become glitchy once I swap it into the cutcences character's model. And also it can't display properly in the GTAAnimManager as well. If you are reading this, we genuinely hope you can take a look of it and fix the issues within the character's model and texture. To make it useable in the cutcence and more perfect as a skin itself
