thanks for the link to traffic plus its a nice mod for more varied traffic.
But my question was that I want only NYPD in LC und LAPD in LS. Is this possible ?
Usually u can change the popgroups or create a group so that only Highwaypatrol will spawn on Highways an LAPD in City and LSPD in County.
Is there a popgroup.ymt for LC ?

I like to change the traffic so that only NYPD cars will response or spawn only in LC. Is that possible by changing the popgroups ?
