Step 1 : go to Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files
And Drop ( DYOM1.dat )
if you don't have dyom you be download

Step 2 : Download Modleader : https://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=25377
and go to file Modleader and drop

(poliz)
and run game :)
