Open any img editor like img tool or Txd workshop or Spark and add all files into gta3.img
You Can Find Gta3.img Here GTA SANANDREAS\MODELS\Gta3.img
Add Weapon.dat From Add to Data folder to your data folder
Make sure to make backup before install
