There are Kamen Rider Black RX, Bio Rider, Robo Rider skins for GTA SA but without thier signature weapons
Revolcane for Black RX
Bio Blade for Bio Rider
and Vortech Shooter for Robo Rider
You can find weapons here, only need convert them and fit them in thier hands

BTW! Revolcane had light saber effect so you can add it

Katana = Revolcane
Cane(Yes in GTA SA there is that kind weapon) = Bio Blade
Desert Eagle = Vortech Shooter
No need convert bikes because they already there for GTA SA.
Too bad, Road Sector,Roboizer Macjabber Ridoron vehicles not exist
