Regardless, you did not create the model nor textures. I've looked through the txd of the files in this version, and they match the texture files from the GTA 4 version I provided a link for.
It's only common courtesy to provide appropriate credits when you have not created the mod, as you say you did.

@gangsta13 Yeah, "fool", I know you only converted it. I converted this exact model weeks ago, and when I uploaded it I gave appropriate credits because I'm a nice guy who doesn't STEAL content.
