I doubt that it's self-made.
This model respectively matches CSGO'S original AWP mesh.
Even if someone was to remake the weapon, getting a ditto copy is a bit eerie itself.
Are you sure that you shouldn't more call it "A conversion?"

Also the rendering looks quite something i would call a "Fan art."

@ReX The model was from free3d . It was mentioned that its extracted from the original game so yeah conversion
