I'am very like your all mods. And I using it on my Android Device. It's working as expected! Thank you for sharing it with us! :D
But, i've little bug with your texture name on your dff.
Can you change your texture name depend on the weapon name? Example: shrews_rocket_launcher_details.png
And don't make it all capslock.
Because it's will crash (there is same name textures and with capslock name) on Android.
Yeah, that's biggest GTA SA Android issues.
Hope you will fix it on your next mods, or you will update your mods.

Why it's crash? I installed them using modloader
Edit : I also install them using Alci's IMG Editor and still having crash
