Diesel six-axle locomotive EMD SD40-2, was produced from 1972 to 1989 by Electro-Motive Diesel by the late 70s, this model became one of the main locomotives on the US railways. Most likely this particular locomotive served as the prototype for the standard locomotive from San Andreas. The model is presented in the coloring of Florida East Coast, similar to the original San Andreas trains.

@SergeDV texture of Florida East Coast is not my design I see mistake in the color of the name :) I when work I not make mistake in that the texture is from some boy who want to make textures :) in many locomotives I see big mistakes in the textures I mean not of my textures

@SergeDV friend I make textures only for Train Simulator I not make textures for san andreas I will to make new textures now for san andreas I mean soon I mean textures for wagons and locomotives :) I will to add new textures from TS 2020 i mean Florida East Coast SD40-2 :)

So I don't understand who is an author of these textures (signs Florida East Coast and logos FEC) from the mod.
I see Railworks 2 Train Simulator, Driver, Fernando33 in authors.
But Railworks 2 Train Simulator is the developer of TS, Driver is a model converter and adapter to SA. You tell you don't make textures for SA crazy

@SergeDV the author from the FEC Logos Florida East Coast is Michael Zimmer I'm not make fake textures for sory for locomotives and wagons I'm working always professional with textures for locomotives and wagons in Train Simulator ;)
