um die datei handling.cfg zu laden muss man einfach das verzeichnis angeben, in welches gtasa installiert wurde. zusätzlich muss man noch /data/handling.cfg eintragen.
(bei mir: "C:GamesGrand Theft Auto San Andreasdatahandling.cfg")ps: eingabe ohne anführungszeichen
