This is the home jersey of Manchester City for 2013/2014 season in English Premier League.
You can buy the shirt in any BINCO clothing stores. It's called "White T-Shirt" there.

The low resolution logos are caused by San Andreas'texture size limit.
I'm currently working on fixing the collar which is looks a bit messy now.
