The largest ped diversity pack for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.


For over 20 years, San Andreas has suffered from the same problem: you keep seeing the same faces everywhere. The same gang members, the same civilians, the same recycled NPCs no matter where you go.


PVP (Ped Variety Pack) fixes that.


Built on top of RandomChar, this pack completely overhauls the population with over 500 hand-picked custom skins. Every model was selected to give real visual variety across the entire map.


This isn't a random dump of skins. It's a curated population.


What's Included

• Full gang variety (Grove Street, Ballas, Vagos, Triads, Da Nang Boys, etc.)
• Expanded civilians (street, business, beach, wealthy, workers…)
• More variety for police, SWAT and army
• Bikers, dealers, mafia and secondary factions
• Niche and rare peds to fill every area of the map

The goal is simple: make San Andreas feel like a real world instead of a stage with the same cast repeating forever.


Requirements

• GTA San Andreas 1.0 US
• ModLoader
• Moonloader
• RandomChar (required)
• fastman92 Limit Adjuster (required — config included)

PVP goes way beyond the original ped limits, so the included fastman92 config is mandatory. Don't skip it or you'll get freezes and crashes.


Known Issues (v1.0)

 A small number of skins from the KR2 set currently have flat/missing dynamic lighting (constant shadow look). Purely cosmetic, doesn't affect stability. Some skins might also have visual glitches and issues with the ragdoll mod.

  Credits

All skins in this pack were created by individual modders across the LSRP community and the wider GTA SA modding scene. Given the scale of this collection (500+ models pulled from dozens of individual releases), listing every creator by name isn't practical — but full credit and respect goes to every modder whose work makes up this pack. This project wouldn't exist without your work.
