Walter "The Shadow" Version

I'm back, everyone—we're back with this "Walter: The Shadow" version skin, a character from the Twins Loquendo Universe. Just a quick, important note: the skin has a transparent texture glitch in the hair area. It can be fixed by installing the Silent Patch included with the skin (which I've provided in the WinRAR archive). I'm sharing this with you all; it's an adaptation by me, but credit goes to the original authors, Ángel Abel and th3c4r.
