That guy in the black shirt had always tried taking away my vehicle in GTA 3 So one time just for some funny shit my brother told me to rig it with a bomb and let him have it, needless to say that was the end of his chapter...Even though he never actually learn the lesson cause they always do again
God damn, them streets in GTA3 were really drastic even after fully completing the game i had to get me one of them bulletproof Cheetah 
cause you know how those Slavatory Mafia men in black are with that shot gun, about 2 shots and it's Kapow..
