Actually yes you can do, and there 2 ways to do it:
CLEO mod:
Create a new folder in your "modloader" folder and drop Launch's dff and txd files there, after that rename both files with "cscatalina".
MANUAL WAY:
Rename Launch's dff and txd file for "cscatalina" respectively. Now remplace the vanilla "cscatalina.dff" and "cscatalina.txd" from your "cutscene.img" file from your gta sa folder "models" for these new files you just renamed.
