@Player9646 Oh, I understand, I suppose that each person uses a 3D program better than another, for my part, Blender has been much easier for me to use than others, it is also a program that I have used for years, even before modifying GTA Skins, the tool painting weight is very useful, I recommend that you give Blender a try, in my case I use Blender 3.6.
but everyone will use their favorite program to make skins, have a good day!!

@NoNameHere what I meant to say is that most skin modders use 3Ds Max 2010 because it's more easier and stable to rig the skins. In every tutorial videos about it uses one of the vanilla Peds to give their skins the skeleton by placing them in the same position and attach the custom skin to the original one and deletes it. They have to check if their skins are moving correctly first before they can save it. if the skin moves a bit strange, they have edit the weights of their limbs until they animate fine.

@NoNameHere I actually speak English more than Spanish and I don't have a computer because I borrow one of my friends when I want to fix a mod I like that have some issues and converting my PSP Iso games to a pbp format (not the PS1 to PSP ones that the community talks about) to free up some space

@NoNameHere I'm pretty sure I used that to fix the skin before but I was trying to convert the skin to a obj format but it gives me an error about doing it. Plus the Android version doesn't have a problem with the skins because I had use every type of apk of the game and most of the dff files will run fine only with the vehicles and any type of objects that isn't a skin type because they work in a different way.
This is the one I used for the CJ model that I got it working but this was before I understand a little on what I was doing ↓

@Player9646It may not be compatible because DragonFF exports for GTA SA (v3.6.0.3), the Android version must be different. You could try Blender 2.7, this blender has an addon to import GTA models other than DragonFF, the addon is "GtaTools", I remember once making a motorcycle for the Android version and it worked.
I leave you a link to YouTube of a tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oVSHwcYeP-M&ab_channel=JaRi1390

@NoNameHere well, I guess that explains why this skin doesn't work on Android because I made a custom CJ model on Blender as well (including Zmodeler Android port) to rig it and caused the game to crash when loading the model. I used 3DS Max 2010 from someone on YouTube and finally made it working. There's even a Mari Setogaya skin mod someone uploaded here a few weeks ago which I have been having issues to run the model (not the TXD) on Android (I didn't question the owner of the mod about what did he used to rig the model) since most of the PC skin mods I download works fine with only one of them have a reflection bug
