Oh, the ped.ifp of my skins have jiggling breasts too
It is more noticeable with this skin:

But yes, it is understandable that not many people want to adapt their mods with rig and they also don't do it because thieves are very common

@Alan4774 is not private,is just the guys making skins for that one don't share just that.
well originally you can rig the peds to make certain expressions as well but is a pain to do it same as making jiggling breasts (it only works with default ped.ifp and the only one that did ped with that got their mods stolen and the thief just said "i fixed it because it had bugs on the breasts so is my mod")

Yes, I think I know what cleo you're talking about, I have it installed in my gta and I've even adapted some skins to that cleo, the issue is that the faces need to be a "flat" mesh and the expressions are controlled by textures, not By rig, for which not any skin can be adapted, it would be necessary to change the model of the face, I don't think I will share my adapted skins with that cleo, since apparently it is a private mod or maybe you mean another mod I don't know

i thought you used certain cleo or asi to make the animated face yet it wasn't like that.
sad to see a mod to animate faces and being wasted,not even joking about that the only ones that i have seen use that cleo are tabris and gtaloli since both use similar models and gtaloli was the author of the cleo,i wonder what happened with that cleo?
mods made by tabris that used the animated faces cleo
>all pokemon master girls ports
>etna and flonne from disgaea
>reisalin stout (atelier ryza 2)
mods by gta loli that used animated faces
>all rapelay girls
>star ocean 3 girls
>several mmd
maybe one day we will see them,but seeing how those skins got made with that cleo in mind is easy to know when something got stolen (they will bug out)
well this one seems quite good,sadly there are so many hatsune miku skins (i remember that i made a gta with all the hatsune miku skins and since i got more then what i thought in the end i replaced even male peds with miku)
