Hello, if you see the "The Baddest" chroma (the black skin that on the last photo) instead of the original chroma read this:
Just open the TXD with magic txd or txd workshop, and delete userboy17 texture then re import userboy17.dds from the folder named chromas. You can import other chromas too if you want. All will be ok.

@Davidstrs Thank you for your good wills/words man That's actually depends on the game you want to rip model from. You have to search internet for necessary tools like Quick BMS
Like me and my man Benjatron (you should visit his page too) doing League of Legends skins. Even, sometimes we co-operate. Apart from that I do rig Mobile Legends models.
Once you ripped the textures and object of the model, you can start rigging. There are bunch of vids out there about rigging which may be helpful.
And I took a look at your channel/website/profile I gotta say you're having them really organized. I'd like to see models that you want to rig someday on your profile :) So keep great job up bro! And don't hesitate your support
