Hey man, I managed to reduce it to 18 MB just by compressing most of the textures in magicTXD and losing almost no quality, you could try it too:

yea but if you make its more than 1024 resolution each than its problem game will lag and crash when you load it with skin selector and yea last thing dont think that making high resolution will look better quality gta sa has limit so 512 resolution wont look bad
