This skin is owned by Ninja Team, Koei Tecmo Games.
GTA SA is owned by RockStar Games.
The model was extracted by BoobsonX.
The rigging was made by me.
You can find a similar skin made by one of my best friends, Diego4fun.

You can compare, Diego's work and my work. You will find differences in the models.
Modeeper you are nobody here to tell us all what to do and when we have to do it. You have no right to decide what we have to do others. The owners of these "skins" are video game companies. They are NOT from you Modeeper, all the works that you steal are not yours, They are their authors.
