I got already that Lara model, actually. The problem is SA's Engine, it doesn't support more than 50k vertices on a model(The polygons is not a problem since we can edit the limit using Fastman limit adjuster or open Limit Adjuster) and all those models from ROTTR have more than 70k vertices.
I made a model hack , using Lara's face from ROTTR and the classic outfit body.We'll be able to have her pretty next gen face in SA, at least

That is good news! I don't really care for the body and the outfit. I'm more excited for the face and hair details. Do you have any screenshots from ROTTR Lara in GTA SA?
