I'm not completely sure if MrAndres5555 is the creator (made the 3d model, ice dress textures from scratch). More likely he converted and imported one of these: (tf3dm.com/3d-model/male-rig-8495.html), (0-0-alice-0-0.deviantart.com/art/MMD-Elsa-DL-438693483).

But since I used this (modificaciones-gta.blogspot.com/2014/03/skin-elsa-frozen-gta-sa.html) and the only name I saw in the "Info.txt" was MrAndres5555, credit was given to him. I'd really like to give credit to everyone involved in the making of this model, but it'll take time as I have to ask every creator of similar looking models just to be sure.

Oh ok, I was going to send a photo I change that character of Elsa on the film back to the future, the design is similar to that Marty McFly modified in Photoshop,but I do not have the program 3DMAX"Autodesk",but if I have MMD. Okay Right now I will publish the photo of Frozen I designed it.

Yes, when the body moves (breathing, walking, running, etc.) the cape does as well. However, it doesn't just fall down like it would in reality, but I'm not even sure if physics like that are possible in GTA Sa.

Download this and rename "AnnaCon.txd", "AnnaCon.dff" to "male01.txd", "male01.dff. Make a backup of default "male01.txd/.dff" skin files, then import the renamed ones.

Any chance you port this to GTA VC? I just love Elsa.

Sadly, I don't have GTA VC and don't know how to edit/import files to the game. GTA Sa is the only game I have ever attempted to modify. Maybe there's someone who can, and if so, then they are welcome to import this or any other model specified to GTA VC, provided that full author chain is kept.
