IA Vocaloid for San Andreas

This mod is not made by me. I found this mod in some old folders I kept.
The original archive had no ReadMe file whatsoever, so I have no idea who
the original author of this mod is.

I am not trying to claim myself as the creator of this mod.
I am simply sharing this mod so others can use it.
I do not remember where I got this mod from, I kept this for a
long time and forgot about it.

If anyone has any info on who the original author of this mod is, inform me.
If you are the creator of this mod, then please prove your statement with valid evidence.

Lastly, I apologise if this mod wasn't meant to be released.
Hopefully the original creator is fine with that :)
