You need to install it in player.img(NOT GTA3.IMG) or modloader.

Hey everyone! It's been 10 whole years since I uploaded this skin (I was like a 15 year old kiddo back then) and I randomly remembered about it ! I hella amazed to see it is #2 in most downloaded for this category! Thank you everyone for downloading and for your nice comments!

PS1: I meant player.img rather than gta3.img as @Pedr5 mentioned
PS2: I'm doing very fine and still playing GTA San Andreas to this day in 2023!
