Manhunt Super Skin Pack!!! (Pedfuncs)

Hi Awesome job I love Manhut, I usually change cj's skin by pressing Tab + q, but today after I added your skins with the img tool, Tab + q doesn't work anymore, do you think it has something to do with the game version? other skins do work correctly for me, please help me
