VCS Hispan Worker

little to comment I decided to port this ped from VCS to SA and he is just a Hispanic worker to judge by his name in the game, HMYAP I have not seen him in the airports this ped appears in 2 places one is near the base of fort baxter and in any victor's business, smoking or doing anything
