Ling Xiaoyu from Tekken Tag Tournament 1, ported to GTA:SA as a player skin.

Installation:
-Download Skin Selector
-Put xiaoyu.dff and xiaoyu.txd in skin.img
-Use the Skin Selector to select the model
-(optional but HIGHLY recommended): Install the bundled SilentPatch to fix transparency issues, otherwise the hair will not look correct.
