As you know in game kendl made in Beta leftovers fix. But it wasn't satisfactory. I suggested MrFinger to use this skin in the update, but he said there would be no other updates. So, I'm sharing it right away.
Upscaled Version Added

How to install:
After the install if you want to use upscaled select the file from upscaled folder and install with same method. (If you are using modloader use the same folder which you create and replace the files)
1. Method:
Use modloader and create folder into modloader folder. After that drag the files to there.
2. Method
Import the files to gta3.img. Alci's Img Editor recommend.
