Marie has only 16 outfits. But they're classified as different girls if the Extra is installed.

Press Num+ to switch the skin from CJ to Marie. Use the same key to scroll through Marie's outfits (if the extra is not installed) or Marie and her friends (if the extra is installed).

Press Num- and then Y to switch back to CJ.

If the extra is installed, press Num* to call Marie's friends for a walk. When that menu is open, press Enter to close it, Space to select the girl you want, Num* to switch between first and second page and Num/ to clear the player's group.

For GTA 3 there are skins that only replace Claude's clothes' textures or clone an original GTA 3 ped to replace Claude and/or change the clothes' texture.
Because when you import an original ped from GTA 3 using KAMS, there's no skeleton and the model is sliced to pieces.
Even when you just import the ped and export it back, the game crashes when you spawn it in GTA 3.
There is a rigged peds mod for GTA 3, but those peds cannot be correctly imported to 3DS Max, and for that reason, cannot be modified because none of those similar MAX scripts support rigging for the XBox version of GTA 3.

This is the reason why i want to poke my eyes out and send them into the front of your doorstep.

bro I did every thing you said and now it just crashes my game when I try to change anything.

I deleted and rebuilt the archived files exactly as you described.
