Tails (From Sonic the Hedgehog 2) can now be a pedestrian in GTA: San Andreas. Just replace any ped you want in GTA3.IMG or just put the files in your modloader folder that replaces pedestrian skins.

If the pictures are too "B R I G H T", it's because I always use the SkyGfx PS2 Graphics mod.
