For those who dont follow comic Books some year ago Dc comics Published a comic book special series wher Barry Allen run back in time to save his mom but doing that he screw up the entire world The plot is too long to put here so...
The important thing is in that world The Ocean Master has a great look (better than original in my opinion ) and that skin is based on that version,but dont be afraid its a Official model from the DC Unchained so no custom stuff .
