gta s quite known as a shitty game,but made it pasable or better with mods is quite known.
for example how many bugs gta sa has too many and they haven't fixed those,gta V is the same in fact is known as gta vice city 2 (is on par with the ammount of bugs glitches and how broken the game is)
mods are supposed to make the game better but including those are what made it worse

Look you started the modding scene after i left it so be carefull with what you say,besides most of bandai namco games have lot's of problem to get a mod to work since in 99% of cases they break the game forcing you to reinstall the game this happened hen they tried to mod xenoverse 2,after that boku no hero same problems,and jump force has an upgraded engine which causes more problems modding besides japanese games are perfect the way they are (this is why they don't need mods and just looking the site that don't show up on search engines is quite clear why you don't have to mod it) but american games are shit that need to be fixed.
