is clearly a gta sa skin,it was uplaoded as a gta sa skin but moderators posted the skin in vice city section even when most people are aware gamers only make mods for certain games and vice city is not one of those games.

there is something called a difference and is this is ORIGINAL CONTENT MADE FROM SCRATCH unlike your works since those are mostly monkey edits as they are called because you edited the monkey.

I have made hundreds of mods this is why i said this is the best original content for gta sa made from scratch.
i can bet you are just a retarded that uses modloader for his shitty EDITS yes edits,have you made a weapon from scratch i doubt it,have you make a model i doubt it have you rigged something well nothing seen up to date.
When someone asks me have you made a model from scratch i say yes did you see this mod for 3DCG or did you see this mmd.
If someone ask me have you rigged something for some games my answer is i rigged several mods for 3d custom maid,playhome,3dcg,gta V,gta IV,gta san andrea,gta III,i even edited sprites for gta 1 and 2.
BTW i don't post my mods here since is full of thieves i post only on gtabbs or ichina or futaba channel and tabris is the best known of all for his OC on gta sa sadly he only post mods here or on his site but his content is the best,edits are just shitty content since anyone can do it unlike rigging and modeling like us.
