Hello, I need a creator of skins and a man who knows how to extract models from games!!!

to be honest this looks similar to the one already posted years ago (since both are from the same game) besides that well HD is just a term and a play on words with gta V ripped chars since 3d models need to be at least 100k polygons to be called HD and gta V are around the 4k polygons or less (to be precise 4500 polygons)

Are you sure has normal map by the looks of the pic i would say it isnt applied properly,there is no need to apply smoothing to the models since the game has antialiasing and the are other better alternatives (unless your pc has the minimum requirements and doesnt have a gpu)
