I import the raw version of DFF and TXD files into the GTA3.img, and the game just get crashed when it try to load this model. Could someone please help me solve this problem? (Sorry for my poor English, and the model itself if really fantastic)

If after loading the model you went to data and modified her walk or made any other modifications in data, go back and check if there isn't misplaced periods or commas.

One thing I can ensure is that there is no mistake in PED.ide or pedgrp.dat . I have imported another model with the same name ( to test whether the problem comes from the model or the data files ) , and the game just load that model normally. So I wonder if you can load it normally...And again, sorry for my poor English, English is not my first language.

Please don't apologise for your English. There are lots of versions of GTA SA. Maybe your version rejects the model because it was made on a different version. You can convert yours to the original Ver1 USA with an upload I posted here a couple of years ago.
