Me i use colorcyc bright and timecyc bright then the setting is 0 brightness.

Easier solution: Install SkyGfx and set the vehicle pipeline to "Mobile".

Noob... In game press shift+f12 or edit enbseries.ini change UseEffect=0 to 1
