Obviously all credits go to Kams himself.
This also include material maps (like gta material) so make sure to also move /maps to the 3DS Max installation folder or else you will get error exporting DFFs.

Features
This GTA Mod Tool includes:
- DFF IO import/export all 3d models used in GTA game
Support:
- Special Material for GTA
- 2nd UV Map for vehicle
- 'Vehicle Parts' checkbox for bumpers, spoilers, wheels etc
- Non-Standard DFF import disabled!
- Bones/Skins DFF
- COL IO import/export all Collision used in GTA game
Support:
- COLL/COL2/COL3
- simple .col editing(append/delete)
- Save as new single .col
- IFP IO import/export all animations used in GTA game
Support:
- Animation base on ID
- Map IO import/export all map data used in GTA game
Support:
- GTA3/VC/SA ide
>objs, tobj, 2dfx(not sure in SA)
>anim(SA only)
>txdp(SA only)
- GTA3/VC/SA ipl
>inst, cull (all version)
>grge, enex, pick, cars, auzo, jump (SA only)
- Modelling Helper is a helper tool, run it when you need it!
- Char. skinning helper tool for sizing the envelopes.

It works in 3DS 2013 yes, but KAMS is still better for skins. For anything else you should use that modern plugin.
Note: I am the uploader of this 2017 Kams version, my name was just removed from it - I know where I am talking about. Why would I recommend against my own upload for no good reason

But does The_GTA's plugin work with 3DS 2013?
Because when I use Kam's scripts (not this one the one hosted on GTAGarage) my skin looks deformed and in T-Pose though the rigging is right in Max
All I want it that his plugin work with 3DS 2013 correctly without any deforming

I dont recommend this version anymore, either of these;
1) https://gtaforums.com/topic/838479-dff-importer-and-exporter-for-3ds-max/
or another updated KAMS from here:
2) https://gtaforums.com/topic/907323-rel-kams-gta-scripts-2018/
The last mentioned version contains actual update fixes instead of just compatibility.
I still recommend The_GTA's plugin from link 1 over any version of KAMS at all

Miyata: what's updated is fixes for the errors when you use the old version of KAMS on 3DS Max 2017.
Some of these errors wouldn't let you use certain scripts at all, such as Export. They would interrupt.
Ashish: I'm not allowed to share links to illegal software, but you could get cracked 3DS Max 2017 from a torrent download. Go search.. (I'm not encouraging pirating tho, these scripts are meant for who already uses/owns 3DS 2017)
