Installation:
1.Install Improved Vehicle Features 2.2.0 (download at dk22pac.blogspot.com)
*skip if already installed
2.Put the files;
-plateback1.dds
-plateback2.dds
-plateback3.dds
-platecharset.png
in [models\generic\vehicles] folder (Copy And Replace)
3.Play game and enjoy! =)
