GTA SA Low-End Popcycle

An optimized popcycle.dat file edited and stripped down to reduce heavy pedestrian and traffic overload on very low-end PCs from the 2000s, especially netbooks with Intel Atom processors and Intel GMA graphics.

This can help improve FPS and reduce the amount of pedestrians and traffic being rendered at the same time, while still keeping the game world populated and enjoyable.

Installation
Download the optimized popcycle.dat file provided here.
Go to your GTA San Andreas game directory.
Open the data folder.
Find the original popcycle.dat file.
Make a backup of the original file first.
Delete or replace the original popcycle.dat with the optimized one.
Start the game and enjoy a lighter, more performance-friendly San Andreas!
