Gun Fun Patch

A collection of quality of life fixes and tweaks to the 'weapons.dat' file. It fixes muzzle flashes, missing recoil animations, camera crouching and adds few tweaks to improve some of the weaker guns.

List of changes:
- Synchronized muzzle flash animations for all guns.
- Recoil animations for Tec-9 and Minigun.
- Country Rifle has slightly increased fire rate and can be shot while moving. It's no longer complete trash.
- Pump-Action Shotgun does +20% damage per pellet and has increased accuracy. Now it can more reliably one-shot targets.
- Desert Eagle no longer does -50% damage at Poor rank. It's no longer a nightmare to use it before Gangster rank.
- Camera can be used while crouched.
