Description
You love running at high speeds? You love Niko Bellic? You love memes?
Then this mural mod is for you!
Well I was searching around for ideas and such and boy oh boy people are requesting tons of skins, I postponed them and tried something like this meme
I found this meme on a mod hosted here named "Left Shift Sprint Fix" by luluco250 and I said to myself: I MUST DO THAT AS A MURAL! and yeah I did
