You think the title is a clickbait right? NO.
Check the "LOADSCS.TXD" file size, a freaking 37.1 MEGA-FREAKING-BYTES.
Includes load screens of famous video game franchises, I only added the GTA SA Logo
I didn't replace the Title screen (the one shows after the startup videos)

Pictures are compressed in DXT1 compression format
Problem is that PC Master Race screen was too big for the game (8000x4500) and MagicTXD reduced it to a weird resolution of 4096x4096, but the pictures were large and I couldn't compress it to like 4-5 MBs but at least it's high quality, from resolutions including 1920x1080 to the weird 4096x4096
