3. Choose gta3.img
4. Press F2
5. Search des_airfieldhus.txd
6. Right-click on it then replace
7. Choose des_airfieldhus.txd that you have been downloaded
8. Rebuild Archive (optional)
9. Close IMG Tool then enjoy it!
