Description

Sly's Vehicle Texture V4.

Contains higher quality textures alongside some fixes.
It was intended not to take anything away from the original GTA SA PC experience.

Changes:
- xvehicleenv128: Remade in 256 x 256 pixels.
- vehicletyres128: None.
- vehiclesteering128: None.
- vehiclespecdot64: None.
- vehicleshatter128: Redrawn in 256 x 256 pixels.
- vehiclescratch64: Rockstar's scratch.
- vehiclepoldecals128: Redrawn in 256 x 256 pixels.
- vehiclelightson128: Fixed brightness/saturation issues.
- vehiclelights128: None.
- vehiclegrunge256: None.
- vehiclegeneric256: None.
- vehicleenvmap128: Manipulated photos to create sharper reflections.
- vehicledash32: Fixed pixelated dials in 64 x 64 pixels.
- platecharset: Fixed colours and legible plate letters.
- plateback3/2/1: No more pixelated city names on LS/SF/LV car plates.
