ATTENTION! THIS ENB SETTINGS RECCOMENDED ONLY FOR Hi-END PC!!
- Scratch-made Timecyc
- Great Bloom
- Good-setted Bokeh DoF (0.248)
- Beautiful color's spectrum
- SweetFX included
- A properly configured enbeffect
- Beautiful SSAO (0.248)
- Glossy reflections (0.76)
- Customized Water (0.248)
- Beautiful shadows (0.248)
- Qualitative lighting settings (0.76)
- PerPixelLighting script included (CLEO 4 Library is requied)
- Plugins exdisp.asi and flickr.asi included in archive
Notes:
There is a fix from Marty McFly for Windows 8 (10) included in archive with settings.
For the properly working script, you need to run "GTA SA ENB 0.248.bat" file.
You can use this settings at any game time and any weather.
For fully compliance with screenshots need those modifications:

Very nice enb you create I really like it especially the cars,vegation and lensflare and in the screenshots and i like your skills in taking screenshots did you use camhack? I will test it later and I'm really sorry that I steal your enb wonderful mod but don't worry your enb will be removed soon that's all I say
